THE APARTMENT:

This charming 3-room apartment (52 m²), located on the 3rd floor of a fully modernized building with an elevator, combines French elegance with high-end comfort. It is fully airconditioned!

LIVING ROOM:

The bright, inviting living room opens onto the kitchen and features a cozy sofa, a comfortable armchair, a stylish reading corner, and a large TV for your entertainment. The dining area includes a beautiful round table with seating for 4 guests.

KITCHEN:

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A beautiful round dining table comfortably seats 4 guests. Please note that the apartment does not have an oven or dishwasher.

BEDROOMS:

The apartment features two bright and tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes.

The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and vanity area. The second bedroom opens onto a private balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions

- All of our properties are Non-Smoking. They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
