Tucked away in a well-maintained residence, the apartment can be accessed via a private path through a lovely green garden, offering both privacy and tranquility in the middle of the busy city life.

Enjoy al fresco meals or evening drinks on the sunny balcony, which overlooks the peaceful garden and offers a charming sea view. The dining table is set on the balcony to make the most of the outdoor space.

The apartment has excellent access to public transport. If you arrive from Nice Airport, simply take the Tram outside the airport. Our apartment is then less than a five minute walk away on 8 rue Andrioli.

The apartment is located very near to Rue De France where many restaurants and shopping are located.

It is a 10 minute walk to Place Masséna.

The beach and the Promenade are a one minute walk away.

It is a 20 minute walk to the old town though if you prefer not to walk you can take a five minute bus trip (number 8 or number 12 bus stops located nearby) .
