THE APARTMENT:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept residential building with two elevators and is 
fully air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay even during hot summer days. 

LIVING ROOM:

The bright and spacious living area is the perfect place to relax while enjoying stunning panoramic sea views. It features comfortable seating, a TV, and direct access to a large private balcony—ideal for breakfast in the sunshine or drinks at sunset. The elegant dining area includes a large table with seating for all guests, making it perfect for shared meals and memorable evenings together.

KITCHEN:

The separate, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease. It features a large refrigerator, stovetop, microwave with oven function, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and all the essential cookware and utensils for a comfortable stay.

BEDROOMS:

The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for families and groups.

Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and can also accommodate up to two children (aged 7+) with an optional bunk bed (2 × 90 × 200 cm). If you would like to use one or both bunk beds, a supplement of €25 for one bed or €50 for both beds is payable upon arrival. The room also includes a wardrobe, a large mirror, and a private balcony with a lateral sea view.

Bedroom 2 offers a luxurious super king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a spacious layout, a makeup corner, a large wardrobe, and direct access to a balcony with a lateral sea view.

Bedroom 3 is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed (160 × 200 cm), ample storage space, and a large mirror, providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

BATHROOMS:

The apartment offers a spacious full bathroom equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, and generous counter space for your convenience. 

An additional separate toilet is located in the hallway, providing extra comfort for families and groups.


GOOD TO KNOW:
- A separate utility room provides added convenience during your stay. It includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, and a selection of beach essentials for guests to use.

- Attention: To get to the elevator you have to walk 4 steps.


NEIGHBORHOOD:

Prom'Azur is ideally situated in the 'Les Baumettes' area - one of Nice' most pleasant neighborhoods located just west of central Nice, Les Baumettes is a peaceful residential neighborhood only a few minutes' walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Known for its elegant villas, beautiful Art Deco architecture, and leafy streets, it offers the perfect balance between relaxation and city life.

Everything you need is within easy walking distance, including restaurants, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, and local shops. The neighborhood is also home to the Musée des Beaux-Arts Jules Chéret, making it a great base for guests who enjoy both culture and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions

- All of our properties are Non-Smoking. They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
