CASA LATINA is a spacious 97 m² apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, decorated with colorful Latin American charm, offering a warm and vibrant atmosphere. Located on the first floor of a building with elevator, the apartment sits at the corner of a lively pedestrian area, while the 2 Bedrooms overlook a quiet garden, providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.  The "Promenade des anglais" and the sea are just 100 metres from the building.

THE APARTMENT:

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features a bright, open layout.

LIVING AREA:

The open-plan living room connects seamlessly with the kitchen and dining area, creating a welcoming space to relax, share meals, and spend time together. It features comfortable seating with a TV, a dining table with 6 chairs, access to a small balcony.

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fridge, and all essential cookware.

BEDROOMS:

All rooms are equipped with curtains for privacy

The apartment includes three comfortable bedrooms. 

The master bedroom with its king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) has an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink.

The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm). 

The third bedroom offers a comfortable sofa bed of 140x190cm

BATHROOMS:

Two bathrooms offer optimal comfort. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink. 

A second, separate bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet: ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Nice. 

There is one seperate toilet.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

The apartment is located in the elegant Carré d’Or district, one of the most desirable areas of central Nice, known for its beautiful Belle Époque buildings, charming streets, and excellent location close to the sea. The famous Promenade des Anglais and the beaches are only a few minutes’ walk away. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, supermarkets, and public transport are all within walking distance, making it easy to explore Nice on foot and enjoy the authentic Mediterranean lifestyle.

- All of our properties are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.
