The apartment has been completely renovated and thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home.

Avenue Jean-Médecin is Nice's main thoroughfare, known for its excellent shopping opportunities and open-air cafés. It is located in the Centre district and is one of the city's busiest streets. Visitors can stroll along this avenue, admiring the architecture and enjoying the lively atmosphere.

Activities and attractions:
As well as shopping, the avenue is home to numerous restaurants, cafés and boutiques.
Explore the avenue on foot or by electric bike to discover its unique charm.
Visit the Notre-Dame de Nice basilica and other nearby attractions.

All in all, the Jean-Médecin district is a must-see for Nice residents and visitors alike, combining history, shopping and relaxation.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions

- All of our properties are Non-Smoking. They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
