THE APARTMENT:

The 62sqm apartment features two sunny French balconies, accessible from the living and dining areas. While they are not large enough for seating, they let in plenty of natural light and fresh air.

LIVING ROOM:

The bright, air-conditioned living room opens onto a French balcony and features a comfortable sofa bed (140 × 190 cm) for up to 2 guests (if your reservation is for 2 guests but you would like both beds prepared, a €25 linen fee applies and is payable upon arrival). Curtains can be drawn to create additional privacy between the living and dining areas.

The room also includes a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 4 guests with access to a second French balcony.

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped American-style kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a large refrigerator, small freezer, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, and toaster.

BEDROOM:

The air-conditioned master bedroom features a super king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, heated towel rail, and toilet.

Surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and close to Place Masséna, it’s the perfect central spot to explore the city on foot while enjoying a lively yet comfortable neighborhood.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions

- All of our properties are Non-Smoking. They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
